My name is Katie Tersmette, and I am a licensed and experienced Parenting Specialist with a passion for helping others. I hold a Diploma in Applied Psychology and Counselling from the Kelowna College of Professional Counselling, where I gained comprehensive training and expertise in a variety of therapeutic approaches.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges. My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and collaboration.
As a parenting specialist and coach, I aim to help parents find effective tools to connect with and guide their children through life’s challenges. I remain committed to providing a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I have extensive knowledge and experience working with parents and believe that every parent-child relationship has unique strengths and an innate understanding of their dynamics.
